Upon contacting Cameron Pearson we will discuss with you why you are moving, what you are looking for in your new home, what areas will best suit your lifestyle, what properties we have that would suit your needs and when you are available to arrange a viewing.

We advise that you arrange the following references, where relevant, as soon as you begin your property search;

  • Employment reference.
  • Previous Landlord reference.
  • Bank reference or Experian Credit Report.
  • Guarantor Letter with accompanying letters of reference for the Guarantor.
  • University Enrolment Letter.

When you find the property you want you will need to complete our Offer form.

Upon acceptance of your offer Cameron Pearson require you to pay a 2 week holding deposit (fully refundable in the event of the Landlord pulling out or extenuating circumstances for you, the Tenant, pulling out.) and provide your references.

When the Landlord has approved your references we will require you to pay the remaining moving in monies, as set out in our Invoice for Moving in Monies letter, and sign the Tenancy Agreement.
